IMPORTANT NOTICE
Regarding Proposed Ban by Canadian Government

Dear Valued International Meds USA Customer,
You may have read or heard about recent headlines in the news regarding efforts by the U.S. and Canadian governments to stop the exportation of drugs from Canada to the U.S. We now believe that it is very likely that Canada’s new Health Minister, Mr. Ujjal Dosanjh, will in fact implement changes designed to block mail order sales of prescription drugs by Canadian pharmacies to American citizens.
There is mounting evidence that the U.S. government played a key role in this policy change by pressuring the Canadian government to take action against the internet pharmacies in exchange for trade concessions. If true, this would represent nothing less than a breach of faith by our government with U.S. senior citizens and others in the U.S. who cannot afford U.S. prices for their medications. We urge you to use the "Contact Congress" link on the homepage of this website to let your representatives in Congress know your feelings regarding this disturbing development.
We are disappointed, but not surprised, by this news. In anticipation that this might happen, and in partnership with Total Care Pharmacy in Calgary, we have been establishing relationships with
licensed pharmacies in other “first-world” countries for the past year and a half. We currently have established overseas options in the
U.K., Israel, Australia, New Zealand, and Chile. Very shortly, we will also be adding a
U.S. mail order option (for drugs not available elsewhere), plus the
European Union (EU).
In fact, thousands of our current customers are already using our overseas licensed pharmacies to fill their prescriptions. By doing so, these customers are taking advantage of the opportunity to purchase a wide range of affordable,
safe drugs from these countries, which in some cases are even less expensive than Canada.
We believe that we are positioned better than any other U.S.-based company to assist customers in purchasing
safe and affordable medications from overseas. You will continue to use the same website, fax and phone number. Our attention to detail, advanced technology and established relationships with licensed overseas pharmacies will allow us to continue to provide you with the same
superior customer service for which we are known. In addition,
the drugs are manufactured by many of the same companies and are approved by the regulatory bodies within each respective country or region (e.g. similar to the FDA in the U.S.).
You can fill out and submit our new International Customer Agreement
online, and select all or as many of the countries from which you want to accept medications,
or you can print out the new Customer Agreement from our website and fax or mail it to us. Alternatively, you can contact us toll free at the number below and request that a new Agreement be faxed or mailed to you. If you have already submitted one of the new International Customer Agreements, you can call us and verbally authorize additional countries over the phone. We will then assist you in getting the lowest-priced drugs from your selected countries.
If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department toll-free at

Sincerely,
Don Bozarth
